Shanti Bhavan Spring Art Share 🌻

The Shanti Bhavan Spring Art Share is a school-wide celebration from kindergarten through 12th grade, to present the music skills they’ve been developing over this semester. This Art Share was led by our current music fellow, Elwin Daniel, and supported by volunteer and drum-club teacher Sachit Mishra, who helped coach students and run performance elements. We’ve found that the showcase creates meaningful mentorship moments, celebrates student growth, and provides an experience that builds confidence, pride, and a strong sense of community. This performance featured piano solos by Arasu, a recent graduate, as well as 8th graders Piance and Thamu. Ankita, a 10th grader, and Ashwin S. also performed drum solos. Selected K–5 students participated by singing and playing ukulele in the concert choir, where they performed a new song together.
