Broadway Spotlight Gala 2025
On November 16, our fourth annual Broadway Spotlight Gala was a record-breaking evening that brought together 350 Broadway artists, young stars, educators, supporters, and champions of arts education to raise over $230,000. Thanks to an enduring partnership with Spotlight Kids, 18 up-and-coming performers sang and danced alongisde Broadway performers Lauren Patten (Tony Award, Jagged Little Pill), Ben Jackson Walker (& Juliet), Natalie Joy Johnson (Lempika, Kinky Boots), Khalifa White (Lion King, Caroline or Change), Nicole Lambert (SiX), Tsilala Brock (Suffs), and Alicia Albright (Wicked, Frozen), surrouded by the incredible dancers from Black Box Movers. Then, the performers became the evening’s auctioneers, joyfully soliciting donations for art supplies, instruments, classroom technology, grants for students and arts educators in NYC and beyond. From Tony Award winners to tiny tots, the Edison Ballroom was overflowing with joy, generosity, and and one guitar-playing unicorn (see photos below).
